Shipping policy

At Trayah, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship only within India.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order. Trayah is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
